草莓蛋糕（英语：Strawberry cake）是一种以草莓为主要材料制成的蛋糕[1]。可以使用新鲜或冷冻的草莓[1][2]。
概述
草莓蛋糕可以在面糊中加入草莓；在蛋糕上放草莓；或在夹层放入草莓或草莓馅[3][4]；有些则是将草莓加入糖霜[5][6]。有些则可能会使用草莓口味的明胶和面糊混合，可以使蛋糕呈粉红色[1][6][2][7]。草莓蛋糕也可做成无麸质[1][8]。有些是冷冻后在稍微冻结的状态食用[9]。里科塔乳酪有时用于面糊中或是表面装饰使用[4][10][11][12][13]。
有时会在情人节时准备[14]。在日本，圣诞节期间习惯吃草莓蛋糕。

2004年3月20日，世界上最大的草莓蛋糕在世界纪录确认是由几名面包师制作共重21,213.40英磅（9,622.24千克）的蛋糕，并由吉尼斯编制[15]。
2015年3月，6,000片用新鲜草莓制成切片草莓蛋糕作为活动组成的一部分，并提供的其他食物包括草莓椰丝糯米糕和草莓酒[16]；一些面包店和餐馆将草莓蛋糕作为加收票价的一部分[17]。
