士多啤梨蛋糕（英語：Strawberry cake）是一種以士多啤梨為主要材料製成的蛋糕[1]。可以使用新鮮或冷凍的士多啤梨[1][2]。
概述
士多啤梨蛋糕可以在麵糊中加入士多啤梨；在蛋糕上放士多啤梨；或在夾層放入士多啤梨或士多啤梨餡[3][4]；有些則是將士多啤梨加入糖霜[5][6]。有些則可能會使用士多啤梨口味的魚膠和麵糊混合，可以使蛋糕呈粉紅色[1][6][2][7]。士多啤梨蛋糕也可做成無麩質[1][8]。有些是冷凍後在稍微凍結的狀態食用[9]。里科塔芝士有時用於麵糊中或是表面裝飾使用[4][10][11][12][13]。
有時會在情人節時準備[14]。在日本，聖誕節期間習慣吃士多啤梨蛋糕。

2004年3月20日，世界上最大的士多啤梨蛋糕在世界紀錄確認是由幾名麵包師製作共重21,213.40英磅（9,622.24公斤）的蛋糕，並由吉尼斯編制[15]。
2015年3月，6,000片用新鮮士多啤梨製成切片士多啤梨蛋糕作為活動組成的一部分，並提供的其他食物包括士多啤梨椰絲糯米糕和士多啤梨酒[16]；一些麵包店和餐館將士多啤梨蛋糕作為加收票價的一部分[17]。
