羅妥木單抗

羅妥木單抗（INN：Robatumumab；開發代號：SCH 717454和MK-7454）是默克和先靈葆雅生產的單株抗體和抗腫瘤藥物。它與CD221（或稱胰島素樣生長因子1受體）結合。^[1]

針對結直腸癌、骨肉瘤和尤文氏肉瘤患者的II期臨床試驗已經完成。^[2]^[3]此後默克公司停止了該藥物的開發。^[4]
