里斯腾堡（法语：Listenbourg），或译作里森堡，是2022年10月成为网络迷因的虚构国家，位于伊比利亚半岛边缘。[1][2][3]此迷因源自法国Twitter用户加斯帕德·霍尔舍（Gaspard Hoelscher）为讽刺美国人地理知识的贫乏，在推特上分享一张修改过的欧洲地图。该地图以红色箭头表明某个看似“与葡萄牙、西班牙相邻的国家”，并表示“我敢肯定美国人绝对不知道这个国家的名字”。[8][6][9]
