新南威尔士州检察长[1]（英语：Attorney General of New South Wales，正式情况下称为Attorney General for New South Wales）[2]，或译作纽省律政厅长[3]，是新南威尔士州政府中负责执行司法工作的厅长级官员。此外，检察长是官方律政专员之一。其与下属的副检察长、刑事法律专员（Crown Advocate）、刑事检察专员（英语：Director of Public Prosecutions (New South Wales)）（Director of Public Prosecutions）及民事检察专员（英语：Crown Solicitor's Office (New South Wales)）（Crown Solicitor）一同合作。检察长为新南威尔士州官方和政府的首席法律及宪法顾问。

自2017年1月30日起，现任检察长是Mark Speakman。[4]检察长在履行其职责时得到以下厅长的支持，所有厅长均于2021年12月21日就任：[5]
