澳洲首都領地律政司[1]（英語：Attorney-General of the Australian Capital Territory，更正式稱為Attorney General for the Australian Capital Territory）是澳洲首都領地的主要官方律政專員。律政司為首都領地政府的首席法律及憲法顧問，也是首都領地司法及社會安全署（Justice and Community Safety Directorate）的負責人。其憲制作用隨著聯邦議會頒布《1988年澳洲首都領地（自治）法令》（Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Act 1988）而確立。[2]
澳洲首都領地綠黨的議員Shane Rattenbury於2020年11月3日獲委任為澳洲首都領地律政司。
