If you'd like to write in English, you may try en:WP:Articles for creation on the English Wikipedia, but I'm afraid the topic is not within the scope of Wikipedia: the criteria for inclusion (which is en:WP:Notability) requires significant coverage of the topic "Urban Renewal in the 2022 Taipei Mayoral Elections" in reliable (and secondary) sources.
