蒙古銀行（英語：Bank of Mongolia，簡稱BoM），成立於1991年，是蒙古國之中央銀行。其在管理上獨立於蒙古政府，擁有相當的自主管理權，但在行政上仍需接受國家大呼拉爾（即議會）的監督。[6]
歷史
1924年6月2日，蒙古和蘇聯共同出資，在阿勒坦布拉格建立了蒙古貿易與工業銀行（Trade and Industry Bank of Mongolia），又稱蒙古銀行（Bank of Mongolia），當時銀行總資本為260,000yanchaan（yanchaan是當時的貨幣），共有22名員工，其中18人為蘇聯專家，4人是蒙古人。當時銀行同時使用「蒙古貿易與工業銀行」、「蒙古銀行」這兩個名稱，但在官方正式文件和記錄中使用的是「蒙古銀行」[7]。
銀行成立初期，蒙古仍然沒有國家貨幣，所以在開頭的18個月裡，銀行的財政政策、貨幣信貸政策都無法實施，而外幣卻在市面流通使用。於是在1925年2月22日，根據大呼拉爾的決議，蒙古人民共和國政府公布了進行貨幣改革的決定，按照該決定，蒙古銀行發行一種新的國家貨幣圖格里克，以貴金屬和外國穩定貨幣（占25%）、適銷商品（占75%）作為保證[7]。
1954年，銀行工作人員中的蒙古人構成已上升至98％（1924年成立初期為18％）。在此基礎上，蘇聯向蒙古人民共和國轉讓了自己在該銀行的股本和股票。此後，蒙古銀行改名為蒙古國家銀行（State Bank of Mongolia），但在蒙古人民共和國的官方文件中仍然稱蒙古銀行[7]。
1991年，蒙古建立了全新的兩級銀行體系。蒙古銀行自成立以來，一直致力於對國家經濟的影響和貢獻，維持穩定幣值的貨幣政策，並在不穩定的過渡期內降低通貨膨脹率[7]。

蒙古銀行截止2012年共有雇員434名[5]:p47，全行最高決策機構為董事會（英語：Board of Directors）[3]。董事會由行長、第一副行長、副行長、9名董事及2名無投票權的顧問成員組成[9]。

The supreme policy-making body of the BoM is the Board of Directors. The current Board of Directors consists of the Governor of the Central Bank who is Chairman, the First Deputy Governor, Deputy Governor, 9 directors and 2 non-voting members.
