遊戲開發者選擇獎年度遊戲（英語：Game Developers Choice Award for the Game of the Year，英文簡稱：GDCA Game of the Year）是遊戲開發者選擇獎（GDCA）的一部分，每年在遊戲開發者大會（GDC）上頒發，表彰遊戲開發者評選出的最佳遊戲[1]。GDC是規模最大的電子遊戲開發者年度專業性質會議，通常於每年3月左右在舊金山舉行。該獎項於2001年設立，在2005年到2007年間使用的名稱是最佳遊戲（Best Game）[2][3][4]。

迄今為止，僅四個遊戲開發工作室兩度獲得該獎項，分別是Valve（《戰慄時空2》和《傳送門》）、貝塞斯達遊戲工作室（《異塵餘生3》和《上古卷軸V：無界天際》、頑皮狗（《秘境探險2：盜亦有道》和《最後生還者》）和Rockstar Games（《俠盜獵車手III》和《碧血狂殺》）。

獲得獎項與提名次數最多的遊戲發行商是索尼互動娛樂（前稱「索尼電腦娛樂」），共獲得13次提名和5次獎項；其次是任天堂（10次提名，2次獲獎）, 美商藝電（8次提名，1次獲獎）和Rockstar Games（6次提名，2次獲獎）。獨立遊戲曾4次獲得該獎項，分別是2012年的《風之旅人》（由索尼互動娛樂發行）、2019年的《鵝作劇》、2020年的《黑帝斯》和2021年的《邪惡冥刻》。
