解放布蘭妮運動（英語：Free Britney movement）是一場美國社會運動，參與者要求讓歌手「小甜甜」布蘭妮·斯皮雅斯結束2008年開始的監護制度並獨立生活。[1]2019年，因爲出現了此前在年初圍繞斯皮雅斯在精神病院的指控，這一運動在美國民間開始普及。[2]2021年11月12日，監護權被正式終止。[3][4]

事件背景

2008年，布蘭妮·斯皮雅斯兩次被送入精神衛生機構接受強制治療。[5]當時，她的個人生活跌宕起伏，經歷了與奇雲·費德林的離婚案、剃光頭事件、與狗仔隊發生肢體衝突、以及喪失兩個兒子的撫養權等事件。[6]在第二次強制治療之後，布蘭妮的父親占士·帕內爾·斯皮雅斯（英語：James Parnell Spears）提出申請，要求對布蘭妮實施監護；同年，該監護被更改為永久監護。[5]斯皮雅斯作為布蘭妮的個人事務的監護人，以及與安德魯·沃萊特（英語：Andrew Wallet）一起擔任她的財務的共同監護人，後者從2009年開始擔任該職位。[7]

事件起始與結果

社會回應

該運動在2019年以來獲得諸多明星聲援，包括歌手雪兒和米莉·茜絲以及芭麗絲·希爾頓。[41][42][43]在布蘭妮於2021年6月的法庭演講之後，歌手瑪麗·嘉兒和布蘭迪·諾活以及女演員羅斯·麥高恩在內的更多公眾人物公開聲援中止監護。[44]歌手賈斯汀·提姆布萊克和基絲甸娜·阿圭莉拉（前者是布蘭妮的前男友）也表達聲援。2015年與布蘭妮合作的澳大利亞饒舌歌手伊基·阿塞莉婭說道，她「親眼目睹了斯皮雅斯的行徑」，就跟布蘭妮描述的一樣。[45]
