硫化鈀是一種無機化合物，化學式為PdS。它可由氯化鈀和硫化氫反應製得，[1]氯化鈀或四氯合鈀(II)酸鈉和硫化鈉的反應也能製得硫化鈀。[2]
它以四方晶系P42/m空間群結晶，晶胞參數a=643 pm，c=661 pm。[3]它在自然界中以硫鈀礦礦的形式存在。[4]
