zlib特許條款是一個自由軟件授權特許條款，它定義了 Zlib 軟件庫可以分發的條款。它也被許多其它免費軟件套件使用。libpng庫使用相似的特許條款，有時可互換稱為zilb/libpng特許條款。
zlib特許條款已被自由軟件基金會（FSF）批准為自由軟件特許條款，[1]也被開源計劃（OSI）批准為開源特許條款[2]。它與GNU通用公眾特許條款相容。[1]類似於BSD特許，除了必須註明來源，還應在釋出的軟件中保留此授權協定的副本。
條款
這個特許條款只有以下幾點要說明：
- 軟件按「原版」使用。作者對因使用而造成的任何損害不承擔任何責任。
- 軟件修改版本的分發受以下限制：
- 不得歪曲源軟件的作者身份，
- 不得將更改的版本歪曲為原創軟件，並且
- 不得從源發行版中刪除特許聲明。
如果分發二進制代碼，特許條款不需要提供原始碼。
