鉿酸鍶是一種無機化合物,化學式為SrHfO3,存在無水物和二水合物。[4]
製備
鉿酸鍶可以HfO(NO3)2·2H2O和SrCO3為原料製備。先將硝酸鹽溶於水,按化學計量比加入SrCO3,在水中,HfO(NO3)2發生水解:
- HfO(NO3)2 + 2 H2O → Hf(OH)4 + 2 HNO3
水解產生的HNO3作用於SrCO3:
- 2 HNO3 + SrCO3 → Sr(NO3)2 + H2O + CO2↑
最後,將溶液蒸乾,在高溫下,Hf(OH)4分解為HfO2,Sr(NO3)2先分解為Sr(NO2)2,然後進一步分解為SrO,高於700℃時,兩者反應,得到產物SrHfO3:[5]
- SrO + HfO2 → SrHfO3
鉿酸鍶也可以通過在電化學電池中的陽極轉換反應製備,所用電壓高達210V,電極溫度控制在300 K。鉿箔未沉積的部分需要用1:1的硝酸和氫氟酸清洗。[6]鉿酸鍶的薄膜還可以通過Hf對SrO2靶的氣相沉積來製備。[7]在Si(100)底物上的等離子氣相沉積也能夠製得產物,反應中用(MeCp)2Hf(OMe)將會提高生長速率。[8]
用途
鉿酸鍶參雜某些金屬(如鈰),可以得到閃爍陶瓷粉體材料。[9]
