醋微菌屬（學名：Acetomicrobium）為互養菌目互養菌科的一屬厭氧革蘭氏陰性菌。直杆、彎杆和螺桿菌。分離自垃圾污泥。此屬的模式種為黃色醋微菌(Acetomicrobium flavidum)。
