醋微菌属（学名：Acetomicrobium）为互养菌目互养菌科的一属厌氧革兰氏阴性菌。直杆、弯杆和螺杆菌。分离自垃圾污泥。此属的模式种为黄色醋微菌(Acetomicrobium flavidum)。
