蒙特塞拉特岛律政司[1]（英语：Attorney General of Montserrat）是蒙特塞拉特岛官方及政府的首席法律顾问。蒙特塞拉特岛律政署（Attorney General's Chambers）除了向政府部门及法定机构提供法律意见外，还负责起草政府法例草案，并为政府处理民事诉讼事务。[2]

2019年，Sheree Jemmotte-Rodney成为蒙特塞拉特岛律政司，她在此之前已署理这一职位一年有馀。[3]
