蒙特塞拉特島律政司[1]（英語：Attorney General of Montserrat）是蒙特塞拉特島官方及政府的首席法律顧問。蒙特塞拉特島律政署（Attorney General's Chambers）除了向政府部門及法定機構提供法律意見外，還負責起草政府法例草案，並為政府處理民事訴訟事務。[2]

2019年，Sheree Jemmotte-Rodney成為蒙特塞拉特島律政司，她在此之前已署理這一職位一年有餘。[3]
