芝加哥七人案（英语：Chicago Seven; United States v. Dellinger(美国诉德林格案)），又译芝加哥七君子、芝加哥七人帮，[1]原称芝加哥八人案（英语：Chicago Eight），又称共谋七人案或共谋八人案（Conspiracy Eight/Conspiracy Seven），是指被控在1968年民主党全国代表大会（英语：1968 Democratic National Convention）于伊利诺伊州芝加哥市举办之际，在抗议活动中，组织反越战和平抗议的七个人。

七名被告为阿比·霍夫曼、杰利·鲁宾（英语：Jerry Rubin）、大卫·德林格（英语：David Dellinger）、汤姆·海登、伦尼·戴维斯（英语：Rennie Davis）、约翰·弗罗因斯（英语：John Froines）及李·维纳（英语：Lee Weiner）。而巴比·希尔（英语：Bobby Seale）为第八名被告，但只是意外被卷进该事件。

此案被拍成电影《芝加哥七人案：惊世审判》，于2020年10月16日在Netflix上映[2]。
