HD 27894是网罟座中一颗9等恒星，位于大约138光年之外。它是一颗橙矮星，光谱类型为K2V，它的温度和光度都比我们的太阳低。
2005年，日内瓦系外行星探测小组宣布发现了它的一颗太阳系外行星[6]。2017年，天文學家宣布在該恆星旁再發現2顆系外行星。其中一顆較晚發現的行星與較早的行星一樣極為靠近母恆星，另外一顆則明顯遠離母恆星許多。這是天文學家首次發現行星系統內各行星軌道之間有如此巨大空隙的例子[7][8]。
