維多利亞州法律政策專員（英語：Solicitor-General of Victoria）是澳洲維多利亞州排名第二的律政專員，僅次於維多利亞州律政司（Attorney-General of Victoria）。該職位的任職人由州內閣根據其法律專業知識委任。法律政策專員是行政機構的成員。以前，他們亦被選為議會議員，但自20世紀早期及中期以來不再如此。[1]
