河北鳥（學名Hebeiornis）是一屬反鳥亞綱鳥類。其下只有豐寧河北鳥一個物種。
河北鳥的化石是在義縣組發現，估計它們生存在巴列姆階至阿普第階早期，約1億2500萬至1億2100萬年前。[1]河北鳥是在中國森吉圖發現的。[2]
河北鳥的完模標本並不能確定是否有足夠的描述，或只是裸名。同一組化石後來於2004年被命名為細弱鳥。若河北鳥的命名有效，那細弱鳥就會是一個次異名。[3]
另外，冀北鳥亦有可能是河北鳥的次異名。
