亚历山大·亚历山德罗维奇·马克西莫夫（俄語：Александр Александрович Максимов，羅馬化：Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Maksimov；1874年2月3日—1928年12月4日）是一位俄裔美国组织学和胚胎学科学家，他的团队提出了“多母细胞”存在的假设。马克西莫因其关于造血一元理论的实验工作而闻名：所有血细胞均由共同的前体细胞发育而来。^[1]马克西莫也是俄罗斯科学院通讯院士。

亚历山大·马克西莫出生于俄罗斯圣彼得堡一个古老而富有的商人家庭。^[2]
