亨利·藍道

亨利·雅各·藍道(Henry Jacob Landau)是美國的數學家,研究信息论,特別是有限帶寬英语bandlimited函數以及的相關研究。

藍道分別在1953年、1955年及1957年在哈佛大學獲得文学士文學碩士哲學博士,博士論文是On Canonical Conformal Maps of Multiply Connected Regions,由拉斯·阿尔福斯約瑟夫·倫納德·沃爾什英语Joseph Leonard Walsh指導[1]

藍道在畢業後,曾在普林斯頓普林斯頓高等研究院二次擔任客座成員,也在纽约市立大学香港中文大學哥伦比亚大学擔任客座教授,最後成為貝爾實驗室的技術人員成員[2]
