MYH16（肌球蛋白重鏈16，英語：myosin heavy chain 16）是一個人類假基因，位於7號染色體7q22.1區，在非人靈長類中表現為蛋白，與顳肌和嚼肌有關，但在人類中失活^[3]^[4]。
