2021年敘利亞總統選舉（阿拉伯語：الانتخابات الرئاسية السورية 2021‎）於2021年5月26日在阿拉伯敘利亞共和國舉行，其海外選民已於5月20日在一些敘利亞的駐外使領館內進行了投票^[1]^[2]。

選舉背景

根據2012年通過的《敘利亞憲法（英語：Constitution of Syria）》規定，「選民應是已滿十八周歲並符合《選舉法》規定條件的公民」^[3]。同時又強調了《選舉法》應該包含以下規定^[4]：

敘利亞人民議會議長漢穆達·荷屬沙巴格（敘利亞阿拉伯復興社會黨）宣布，從4月19日開始進行總統選舉候選人的報名。荷屬沙巴格在人民議會第二屆特別大會第一次會議上的發言中，呼籲那些希望競選總統的人可以在10天內向最高憲法法院（英語：Supreme Constitutional Court of Syria）提交報名資料，報名截至於4月28日^[1]。
