冕笛鴴（中國大陸作黑頂鴴，學名：Phegornis mitchellii）是鴴科的一種鳥類，屬於單型的冕笛鴴屬。[2]
特徵
冕笛鴴體重約35.5克，翼長約10.9公分，喙寬度約2.6公釐，喙厚度約2.9公釐，嘴峰長約29.3公釐，跗蹠長約22.8公釐，尾長約48.4公釐。
冕笛鴴具有部分的遷徙性，棲息在草地，它們是食肉動物，主要以魚類、甲殼動物、軟體動物等水生動物為食。[3]它們分布在從秘魯中部到智利中部和阿根廷西部的安第斯山脈高海拔沼澤地。[4]
