閃囊菌屬（Lamprocystis），是光合細菌下的著色桿菌科的一種革蘭氏陰性菌。細胞圓形至卵圓形。生長於含硫化氫的池塘和湖泊的泥及靜止水體中；是淡水湖含硫化氫的均溫層中最常見的浮游菌。該屬的模式種為桃紅色閃囊菌（Lamprocystis roseopersicina）。
