路易斯安那州州旗（英語：Flag of Louisiana，法語：Drapeau de la Louisiane）為美國路易斯安那州的官方旗幟。該旗幟為藍色長方形，上面印有一隻正在用自己的鮮血餵養雛鳥的鵜鶘，而鵜鶘的下方則印有一根白色的緞帶，上面印著路易斯安那州格言「聯盟、正義、信心」。由於旗幟上印有鵜鶘圖案，因此這面旗幟有時也被稱為鵜鶘旗。[1]

歷史

早在1812年路易斯安那州建州伊始，褐鵜鶘的形象就已經開始出現在州徽以及民兵組織的制服之上。在1912年正值路易斯安那州建州一百周年之際，路易斯安那州議會首次規定州旗上的圖案為用鮮血飼餵雛鳥的鵜鶘。[2]不過這項法律僅規定了鵜鶘的顏色為白色，對其他細節並未做明確規定，這就導致每面旗幟的圖案不盡相同。根據路易斯安那州19世紀的傳統，在這一圖案中鵜鶘胸前會有三滴血。[3]但是在接下來的很長一段時間裡，不論是州旗還是州徽上的圖案時候會忽略這一點。直到後來霍馬范德比爾特天主教高中的一個八年級學生發現了這一問題，才引起了路易斯安那州議員的關注。[3]

2006年5月25日，路易斯安那州頒布了一項法律，其中規定「必須在州旗上的鵜鶘圖案上以合理的方式印著三滴血」。[4][5]不過此時仍未對其具體標準進行規範，直到2010年11月22日才推出經過規範化後的版本。[6][7]規範版州旗的設計者為來自巴頓魯治的藝術家小柯蒂斯·范恩，他在設計圖案時採用了更為逼真的褐鵜鶘圖案。儘管法律規定了鵜鶘的顏色為白色，但他在設計圖案時給鵜鶘添加了黃褐色的頭冠。此外他還將旗幟的底色設定為蔚藍色，並去除了下方緞帶上的「AND」字樣。[7][8]

第一面州旗

早在1861年2月11日，路易斯安那州便採用了其歷史上第一面州旗。這面旗幟包含了藍紅白三色條紋共十三條，左上方為紅色長方形，上面印有一顆黃色五角星。這面旗幟為美利堅聯盟國時期的路易斯安納州州旗，一直被使用至南北戰爭結束。[9]

象徵意義
