紅崖村（藏語 ：སྟག་འཚེར་，藏語拼音：Dagcêr，廣場上的高地）位於中華人民共和國青海省海東市平安區石灰窯回族鄉西南6千米處，屬腦山地區，是十四世達賴喇嘛的出生地[1]。
