威廉·亞歷山大·"巴德"·阿伯特（英語：William Alexander "Bud" Abbott，1895年10月2日—1974年4月24日），臺港澳粵星馬俗稱「高腳七」，是一位美國演員，電影製作人和喜劇演員。[1]
早年生活
高腳七出生於新澤西州阿斯伯里帕克的一個演藝界家庭。他的父母在玲玲馬戲團工作。[2][3]高腳七在還是孩子時就輟學並開始在康尼島為父親工作。後來，高腳七開始安排滑稽戲表演之旅。但是在15歲的時候，高腳七被麻醉誘騙到一艘開往挪威的船上，他最終以工作的方式回到美國，並在回歸後搬到底特律。[2]
個人生活
高腳七和Betty結婚55年。他們在1942年收養了Bud Jr.，1949年收養了Vickie。1997年1月19日Bud Jr.在57歲時去世。
高腳七是活躍的共濟會和聖地兄弟會的會員。[4][5][6]高腳七有三個星章在好萊塢星光大道上：廣播之星位於好萊塢大道6333號，電影之星位於葡萄街1611號，電視之星位於好萊塢大道6740號。
去世
高腳七一生一直被癲癇所困擾。20世紀60年代初，他遭受了一系列中風疾病。1972年，他摔傷了臀部。1974年4月24日高腳七在78歲時因癌症在他洛杉磯的家中去世。[7]1981年9月12日他的妻子Betty在79歲時去世。
