北方長冠企鵝（中國大陸作北鳳頭黃眉企鵝，學名：Eudyptes moseleyi），是企鵝目企鵝科的一種鳥類。[2]
北方長冠企鵝體重約2327.85克，翼長約102.2公釐，嘴峰長約53.4公釐，喙寬度約14公釐，喙厚度約20.4公釐，跗蹠長約34.8公釐，尾長約62.4公釐。北方長冠企鵝是部分遷徙的鳥類，其棲息在開放的海洋及海島環境中，食性為肉食性，主要食物來源是水生動物。[3]
北方長冠企鵝分布於特里斯坦-達庫尼亞、戈夫島、聖保羅和阿姆斯特丹島。該物種是單型物種，沒有亞種分化。[4]
