其美仁增 (藏人行政中央)
生平
2001年8月27日到2005年9月15日，其美仁增擔任達賴喇嘛及西藏流亡政府駐日內瓦代表處代表，負責中歐及東歐事務。[1]
此後，其美仁增是印度達蘭薩拉的西藏流亡政府官員，並任達賴喇嘛的高級發言人。[2][3][4]
