E-Hentai，又称E站、E绅士、熊猫网，是一个非营利性质的网络图片分享网站，其网站的主要内容为对日本动漫以及电子游戏等插画、漫画、同人志等内容中截取的电子图片，收录内容偏向于色情成人内容，[1]此网站除公开可以任意访客使用的该站点外，还拥有一个存取受限的隐藏站点Exhentai。

历史

1999年7月1日，E-Hentai邮件列表在雅虎! 群组（英语：Yahoo! Groups）上建立，2001年其转移到一个.net域名，由于域名被第三方买走，在2005年转移到现在的.org域名。[2]

Exhentai

2010年3月27日，E-Hentai禁止发布含有与未成年人、人兽交有关的绘画作品[3]。有人发现该网站上的所有此类作品均移至为托管此类材料而创建的姐妹网站exhentai.org。[4]未获取权限的用户在尝试连线Exhentai时会显示伤心熊猫（Sad Panda）图标[5]，目前已取消[6]。

2019年6月，两个站点都被Google从搜索结果移除，依据其违反数字千年著作权法网站的政策。[7]

运作停止及恢复

2019年7月26日，网站管理人员之一Maximum_Joe在4CHAN发布了用户备份通知，称内部隐藏网站ExHentai将会在12小时内关闭，并强调这“并非演习”[8]，而该外部站点E-Hentai也会在6个月内停止运作。[与来源不符][9]随后不久内部站点无法存取[1][10]，宣告正式关闭，如果直接打开Exhentai的页面则只会显示四名《悠悠哉哉少女日和》中人物以及“这次就到此为止”（今回はここまで）的字样。[11]该站点主要持有者Tenboro则在E-Hentai站点的留言版发布公告称关站原因为自己的健康因素，以及荷兰境内法规的改变使得站点无法合法情况持续经营下去。并表示“尚未决定现有管理人员是否建立并找到下一个继任者，或者是否将其留给现有的镜像网站”。[12][1][13]外部人士推测，由于Exhentai伺服器位于荷兰，而且在事件近期荷兰响应欧盟有关虚构儿童色情物品的定义而修改相应法律使得伺服器无法合法地在当地运作是该事件的主要诱因。[14]不过在停止运作后不久持有者表示在社群支持下已准备制定两个方案来延续Exhentai的存在。[15][16]在同年8月2日Exhentai突然恢复正常，但是站点管理方并没有详细说明站点恢复的原因。[16][17]此时，有坊间传言称“一名瑞士男子捐赠了一百万美元”是站点恢复正常的主要原因[18]，而且网站的伺服器也被迁移到了摩尔多瓦。[19]但传言出现次日，Tenboro即对捐赠事项的存在表示否认，并表示“这绝不是钱财的问题（It was never a money issue）”。[20][21]

争议

于萌娘百科的著作权争议事件

2016年7月4日，E-hentai站点主页在新特性区换上了新的横幅，但有人发现该横幅中所绘制形象为萌娘百科相关著作权形象萌百娘的图片[22][23]。萌娘百科方面直接回应称会对对方发送DMCA警告[24]。随后萌娘百科再次对事件解释并称其为对萌娘百科的著作权侵犯，要求对方“尽快去除版头的萌百娘形象”[25]。7月5日，E-hentai的管理员Tenboro表示该横幅是由其他用户提交，并且已经移除了该横幅[26][27]。
