芬兰国务院（芬兰语：Suomen valtioneuvosto）[1][2]，又称为芬兰政府，是芬兰的行政机关和内阁，芬兰政府还负责向芬兰议会提交法律草案。芬兰政府大多数情况下是多数派联合政府[3]。
