约翰·蒙兹（英语：John Monds；1965年6月17日—），是美国政治人物和活动家，曾在2010年代表自由意志党竞逐乔治亚州州长职务[1][2]，成为首名参选该职务的非裔美国人[3][4][5]。
蒙兹于2008年公共服务委员会第一全国选区成为美国首位获得超过1,000,000票的自由意志党候选人[6][5]，在只有共和党对手的下获得1,076,726票（33.4%）[7]，亦使他获得美国任何级别选举中自由意志党候选人的历来最高票数，直至2012年美国总统选举被加里·约翰逊的1,139,562票打破[8]，至今蒙兹仍是自由意志党中获得最高得票率的候选人。
2020年1月27日，蒙兹提交了2020年美国总统选举自由意志党初选的申请[9][10][11][5]，但在5月23日的在自由意志党在线全国代表大会中第三轮投票中被淘汰[12]。
