扭轴蜗牛科（学名：Streptaxidae），亦作扭蜗牛科，是一个陆生蜗牛的科[1]。根据亚目2005年的《布歇特和洛克罗伊的腹足类分类》，本科是有肺类腹足纲软体动物之下的柄眼目[2][3]玛瑙螺亚目的成员[4]。
本科物种的一大特色，是其壳口都长有齿状突出。
分布
本属物种分布于东南亚[3]，中国大陆的湖南、广西[5]、广东、海南、浙江[6]，南亚的印度、斯里兰卡及印度洋的马达加斯加、塞舌尔群岛、安汶岛[6]等地。
分类学
根据2017年12月的最新分类，本科物种大致可以分为以下分类单元[7]：
亚科
- 草包蜗牛亚科 Enneinae Bourguignat, 1883：有15个属，例如Sinoennea
- Subfamily Marconiinae Schileyko, 2000：有4个属
- Subfamily Odontartemoninae Schileyko, 2000：有9个属
- Subfamily Orthogibbinae Germain, 1921：旧作Gibbinae，有12个属，例如Imperturbatia。
- 扭轴蜗牛亚科 Streptaxinae Gray, 1860：有24个属，例如Augustula、Careoradula、Discartemon。
另外还有三个有现生种的属和一个只有化石种的属并不属于任何亚科。
