心血管内科

心血管内科（cardiovascular medicine^[1]^[2]）或心脏病学^[3]（cardiology），旧称或简称心脏内科（medical cardiology^[4]）、心内科、心脏学^[5]、心脏科，为医学上专门研究心脏及血管疾病的学门。心脏病学包括先天性心脏病、冠状动脉疾病、心脏衰竭、心脏瓣膜病（英语：Valvular heart disease）的诊断及治疗，也包括心脏相关的电生理学。

心脏内科医师（cardiologist）是专门诊断心脏相关问题的内科医师。儿科心脏医师（pediatric cardiologist）是指儿科中专门研究心脏学的医师，主要特殊领域是先天性心脏病。心血管外科医师（cardiovascular surgeon^[6]）是指专门进行心脏相关手术的外科医师。

虽然心脏和血液有密切关系，不过心脏病学和血液学及其相关疾病比较无关。血液学中比较会影响到心脏机能的有血液测试（电解质不平衡、肌钙蛋白问题）、血液溶氧量不足（贫血、血容量减少）及凝血功能障碍（英语：coagulopathy）等。
