宗教事务与文化部（缅甸语：သာသနာရေးနှင့်ယဉ်ကျေးမှုဝန်ကြီးဌာန）负责管理缅甸的宗教事务，文化事务以及历史和考古研究工作。宗教事务司净化、延续、弘扬、宣传上座部佛教大乘，弘扬缅甸传统习俗和文化。
历史
文化部成立于1952年3月16日，当时名为联合文化部，后来于1972年3月15日改名为文化部。
宗教事务部是在缅甸联邦（现称缅甸联邦共和国）1947年恢复独立之前成立的。1962年3月2日，联邦革命委员会政府改组了所有部委。宗教事务部成为内政和宗教事务部的一个部门。1988年9月18日，国家和平与发展委员会成立了促进和宣传萨满教的部门，也隶属于内政和宗教事务部。1992年3月20日，内政部和宗教事务部分离。1998年6月26日的一次内阁会议确认，国际上座部佛教弘法大学将在MORA下成立。
