印度－塞舌尔关系，是指印度共和国和塞舌尔共和国之间的双边关系。印度在塞舌尔首都维多利亚设有高级专员公署，塞舌尔亦在印度首都新德里也设高级专员公署[1]。
概况
自塞舌尔在1976年独立以来，印度与塞舌尔已经存在外交关系。1987年，印度在塞舌尔首都维多利亚开设了高级专员公署，塞舌尔亦在2008年于新德里设立驻印度外交机构。印度和塞舌尔两国的关系一直紧密友好，亦有定期的高层互访。印度总理英迪拉·甘地、印度总统拉马斯瓦米·文卡塔拉曼及普拉蒂巴·帕蒂尔曾到塞舌尔外访[2]，而塞舌尔总统弗朗斯-阿尔贝·勒内和詹姆斯·米歇尔上校亦曾国事访问印度[3]。两国在军事、文化、经贸和科技等领域均有合作。印度外交部曾形容两国之间的关系是“亲密的友谊、理解和合作”[4]，塞舌尔亦曾形容自己是“印度在印度洋地区可靠的伙伴”[5]。
经贸关系
于2010-11年，印度和塞舌尔两国之间的双边贸易总额为4000万美元[6]。两国在旅游业、渔业、石油勘探、资讯及通讯科技、药物等经济领域均有合作[7][8]。印度和塞舌尔两国于2010及2012年签署了双边投资促进协定，印度提高借贷予塞舌尔的信用额度至5000万美元，又提供2500万元的援助[9][10]。印度私营企业中，大型电讯商Airtel在塞舌尔有着重要的地位，它既收购塞舌尔电讯，又参与东非海底光缆项目[11]。
军事关系
印度和塞舌尔两国有着密切的防务关系。由于塞舌尔靠近全球航运和贸易的通道，该国对印度在打击海上恐怖主义和海盗方面有重要的战略意义[12]。1987年6月，印度海军在塞舌尔维多利亚港部署了一艘INS Vindhyagiri (F42)战舰[13]；2009年，印度接受塞舌尔的请求，派遣海军舰艇，协助塞舌尔打击海盗[14]。印度又向塞舌尔提供资金，协助该国建设军队[15][16][17]。
