输入个参数后，可产生一个连往JSTOR（期刊存储）文章的连结。当使用“引文格式1”模板时，在其中加入 |jstor= 参数亦可直接呼出本模板。

范例

当要引用一篇文章时，理想的方式是使用网址最后的数字编号（http://www.jstor.org/stable/3562296）。这串编号可在网站中“Item Information”的连结中找到。输入：

将显示 。此外，也可以使用文章的SICI（Serial Item and Contribution Identifier），但SICI编号十分冗长别扭。输入：

将显示 。若要引用期刊本身，请使用ISSN（国际期刊标准号）。输入：

在其他引用模板中使用

举例来说，若要引用一份期刊中一篇关于费马大定理的文章，并提供连至JSTOR的连结时，可使用 {{cite journal}} 模板并输入：
