JFCR39

维基百科,自由的百科全书

JFCR39是日本癌研究会(Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research,JFCR)列出的39种人类癌症细胞系的列表[1],用于抗癌药物筛选等科学研究[2]。与美国国家癌症研究所列出的NCI-60相比,JFCR39删去了所有白血病细胞系,但增加了胃癌细胞系,肺癌中不止列出非小细胞肺癌,也包括小细胞肺癌,还增加了几个来自日本病人的细胞系[1]。JFCR后续又设立了只包括胃癌肝癌乳腺癌三类的JFCR45[3]
