趋化因子CXCL7(英语:Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 7,CXCL7)是一个人类基因[1]。其编码的蛋白质为趋化因子(C-X-C基序)配体7 Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand,是一种CXC趋化因子类细胞因子,其蛋白异型体为β-血小板球蛋白或原血小板碱性蛋白(英语:Pro-Platelet basic protein,PPBP)[2]。
这种蛋白在血小板活化时被大量释放[3] ,能刺激多种过程,包括有丝分裂、细胞外基质的合成、糖代谢和纤溶酶原激活物的合成[4][5]。
