魁北克 (1763–1791)是加拿大历史上存在于1763年到1791年的英属北美殖民地的名称。

历史

七年战争结束后，英法两国于1763签订《巴黎和约》，法国将法属加拿大割让予英国，英国并于同年公布《1763年皇家宣言》，正式成立魁北克省^[1]；这份谕令规定全省限缩于圣罗伦斯河的河畔。英国再于1774年通过《魁北克法案》，将魁北克省的范围延伸至包括五大湖、俄亥俄河河谷和鲁珀特地区（Rupert's Land）的南部，大致恢复该省在法国管治时期的边界^[2]。美国独立战争结束后，英美在1783年签订的《巴黎条约》约定把五大湖区以南的领地划为美国所辖^[3]。在1791年的《宪法法案》颁布后，魁北克省一分为二，分别为下加拿大（今日的魁北克）和上加拿大（今日的安大略省），这两个领地都可以选举出自己的议会^[4]。1840年英国国会通过联合法案，上加拿大改称西加拿大，下加拿大改称东加拿大，两者并统编成加拿大联合省^[5]。
