颈神经丛（Cervical plexus）是发源自前四对颈神经（C1-C4）前枝的一个神经丛[1][2][3]，位于胸锁乳突肌上部的深面中斜角肌和肩胛提肌的前方，位于脊椎横突外侧、脊椎前（prevertebral）肌肉内侧，并与副神经、舌下神经、交感神经干形成吻合（anastomosis）。颈神经丛支配头部后侧与部分颈部的肌肉，各分支由颈部后三角边界、胸锁乳突肌中点上的颈神经点分岔出来。[2]
分支
颈神经丛的分支主要分为皮支（Cutaneous branches）与肌肉支（Muscular branches）。[2]
