双阴茎（Diphallia，亦有从英语penile duplication简写作PD）是指男性天生就有二个阴茎，是一种男性外生殖器异常。医学上首宗有记录的双阴茎的个案发生于1609年由瑞士医生Johannes Jacob Wecker发表[1]。根据美国的统计数字[2]，每550万人就有一名双阴茎者[3]。而截至现在，全球亦只出现过约1000个案例[4]。
双阴茎通常都会伴随其他先天问题出现，例如：肾脏、脊椎等，有双阴茎的人同时罹患脊柱裂的风险也较高。
