詹姆斯·保罗·哈迪（英语：James Paul Hardy；1996年5月11日—）是一位英格兰足球运动员，司职中场。他现在效力于英格兰北部超级联赛球队阿什顿联。
球会生涯
哈迪9岁时便在奥尔德姆足球俱乐部学习踢球，但在2011年被放弃。之后他获得曼城收留，2012年5月与球队签下青训合约[2]。
2015年10月，他转投菲尔德并迅速成为非联赛里最具潜质的球员[3]，2016/17赛季他打进8球，助球队赢得英格兰足球全国联赛北冠军[4]。之后哈迪受到伤患的困扰，使在在接下来两个赛季上场次数大减[3][4]。2019年2月，伤愈的哈迪被外借至夏利法斯镇一个月[5]，期间共上场6次[6]。效力菲尔德4年间他共在联赛上场91次并打进16球[4]。
2019年6月，与菲尔德合约结束后的哈迪转投沃尔索尔[7]。8月10日，他首次职业上场便打进重要的一球，使球队扳平1-1至完场，从格林森林流浪身上取得一分[8]。
19/20赛季结束后，他被球会释出[9]，之后转投AFC泰福特联[10]。2021年2月20日，他与球会解约离开球队[11]。

国家队生涯
2016年11月，他首次代表英格兰C队上场参加对爱沙尼亚U-23的比赛并交出两助攻，使球队以2-1取胜[13]。
2019年5月，他当选为英格兰C队年度最佳球员，一共为C队上场5次[14]。
