艾德利·史丹·拉奇曼（英语：Adley Stan Rutschman，1998年2月6日—）为美国职棒大联盟的捕手，目前效力于巴尔的摩金莺队。拉奇曼毕业于俄勒冈州立大学，并在2019年投身大联盟选秀，以状元之姿加盟金莺。[1][2][3]他在2022年登上大联盟。

职业生涯

2019年大联盟选秀，握有状元签的金莺队选进拉奇曼。[4]他以810万美元的签约金写下史上最高签约金纪录。[注 1][5]他在一年内从新人联盟快速晋升到1A，[6]整年的打击率为2成54，并敲出4轰与26分打点。[7]

2020年，小联盟赛事因疫情全面取消。2021年，拉奇曼升上2A。[8]他在6月入选全明星未来之星赛，[9]并在8月9日升上3A。他在3A的打击率为3成12，并敲出5轰与20分打点。
