肠腕蛸科（学名：Enteroctopodidae），又称为肠蛸科，为无翅亚目章鱼总科下的一个科，本来被认为是章鱼科下的一个亚科，但现在被提升为独立的科[1]。肠腕蛸科中包含了体型最大的章鱼之一北太平洋巨型章鱼[2]。
