詹姆斯·科德·伯德（英语：James Cord Byrd，1971年4月19日—）是美国律师和共和党政治人物，现任佛罗里达州州务卿[1]。此前担任佛罗里达州众议院议员代表拿骚县和杜瓦尔县的一部分，直至被任命为州务卿[2][3][4]。
早年生活和教育
伯德出生于佛罗里达州杰克逊维尔。在美国空军学院学习一年，然后获得北佛罗里达大学政治学和政府学士学位[4]。1997年获得圣托马斯大学法学院法学博士学位[5]。
职业生涯
伯德于1997年至2004年在宾夕法尼亚州Leal & Ring担任律师，并于2004年至2007年在Gonzalez & Porcher担任律师。自2007年起开始自己经营独立的律师事务所[6]。2016年伯德被选为佛罗里达州众议院议员。[7]
2019年伯德发起一项禁止佛罗里达州庇护城市的法案。同年4月佛罗里达州众议院几乎按照党派路线以69比47票通过该法案[8][9]。
2022年5月，州长罗恩·德桑蒂斯选择伯德接替劳雷尔·李担任佛罗里达州州务卿[10]。
