特里普拉土著进步地区联盟（英语：Tipraha Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance，简称TIPRA，又称Tipra Motha）是印度特里普拉邦的政党[2][3][4]，创立者与现任领导人为特里普拉土邦末代国王之子普拉迪奥特·比克拉姆·马尼卡亚·德巴玛（英语：Kirit Pradyot Deb Barman）[5][6]，主张在印度宪法的框架之下建立大提普兰（英语：Tipraland）[7][8][9][10][11]，提倡特里普拉民族主义，口号为“社群优先、政党稍后”（Puila Jati, Ulo Party）[12]。

2019年中普拉迪奥特·比克拉姆·马尼卡亚·德巴玛创建了特里普拉土著进步地区联盟，宗旨为维护特里普拉邦本土居民的权益，2021年2月他宣布此组织为政党，并将参加同年4月的特里普拉部落自治议会选举（英语：2021 Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council election）（TTAADC）选举[7][13]，结果此政党在选举中拿下30席中的16席议员，其盟友特里普拉土著民族主义党（INPT，不久后即并入特里普拉土著进步地区联盟）则拿下两席[14]，终结了左翼阵线15年来在自治议会的多数地位[15]。

2021年6月特里普拉土著民族主义党与提普兰国家党（英语：Tipraland State Party）一起并入特里普拉土著进步地区联盟[16][17][18][19]。
